DAY 01: WELCOME TO LIMA, CITY OF KINGS

NOTE: For morning arrivals in Lima. For evening arrivals, you will require an additional hotel night.

A day of culture, history, traditions, and traditional cuisine.

Arrival in Lima, Welcome and assistance for your transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, we start our city tour visiting the district of Miraflores, the famous Parque del Beso (Park of the Kiss). Afterwards, the historic Downtown Lima and its Plaza Mayor of Lima (Lima’s Center Square), the Cathedral, the Convent of Santo Domingo. We end the day with a welcome dinner at the restaurant Huaca Pucllana or Cala.

DAY 02: LIMA

Culinary Immersion, Ceviche and Signature Cuisine
Discover your talent as a chef in a Peruvian family atmosphere. During this cooking workshop you will try 10 flavors that include one appetizer and one dish that you yourself will have prepared following the recipes and the tricks from your experienced chef. The Ceviche is our favorite dish, and you will learn the secrets to prepare it. The experience includes a visit to a local market to shop for the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the dishes. Marine lunch at restaurant Cala, a beautiful stylish place located on the oceanfront.
Dinner at the restaurant of the famous chef Gastón Acurio, La Casa Moreyra.

DAY 03: LIMA

Lima at your pace
Free day. Lima has many cultural, archaeological, and adventure-related activities.

At night, farewell dinner at the Central restaurant of chef Virgilio Martinez. Recognized in the Ranking 50Best as the best restaurant in the city. His cooking provides us with incomparable flavors. A great experience that you will remember forever.
